AGender Australia
Tanya was a member & an assistant of Agender Australia (located in Qld), for sometime before her relocation to Newcastle.
As Social & Support groups were minimal in Newcastle, Tanya had been communicating with Kathy Noble (founder of Agender Australia) in reference to expanding Agender Australia in NSW, offering the NSW region, social & support to Transsex/Transgender/ Intersex/CD & any persons with gender issues.
AGenderNSW
AGenderNSW is situated in the Newcastle / Hunter Region.
AGenderNSW was formed in March 2005, with the committee. Our meetings began in June 2005, we were founded & then became totally independant as of July 2005. AGenderNSW meetings run every 2nd wednesday of each month.
AGenderNSW turned 1 in July this year, 2006.

WHAT WE OFFER
We don’t just offer a monthly meeting, as a way to include the Trans community or all people involved & interested with AGenderNSW.
We also provide Information brochures & Newsletter’s, that is published every 2 months & available at monthly meetings.
As our Newsletters, are to provide an interest with members / non-members & anyone interested. We encourage anyone & everyone to take part in our Newsletters, by adding a piece, whether it be about themselves (Transitioning or personal interests), short stories, a poem OR even a drawing (to support recognition).
As our goals are to include members / non-members, family, friends & others, we do our best by enticing each & everyone, by taking part in all prospects available to AGenderNSW.
